We brought Jared and his 65amps Monterey and 65 2x12 cabinet with a G12H30 and Alnico Blue Celestions to Henson Recording in Hollywood, CA and spent two days reproducing all of his exact settings from the show.
You've heard this amp and Jared for a decade. These are tried and true useable setups that will be extremely useful for live, studio, and home recording situations. Jared has spent years honing and perfecting each of these settings for his complete vocabulary of tones he needs for top level studio and TV work in New York and Los Angeles.
We went through multiple gain settings on multiple guitars with humbuckers, single coils, and P90 pickups. A bonus 2 profiles with Jared's favorite pedals added in as well.
Engineered at Henson Recording in Hollywood, CA by Master Engineer Tom Syrowski in an amazing mastering suite. Tom use a VTC tube console along with Vintage Neve preamps, vintage Neumann KM86 and Shure SM57mics; Toms's favorite mic setups. We were able to capture an extremely realistic and fun group of profiles that you'll find useful in many different situations. These had to pass the "sniff test" from Tom and sound indistinguishable from the original inputs.
